Role-based account access
You can grant another user access to your account to manage its settings and streams. For example, you create the account, add a payment method, and delegate the day-to-day management to an employee.
Restricted roles are also available, giving a user access only to specific features.
Available roles
- Administrator — full access to the account. A user with this role has the same capabilities as the account owner.
- Music editor — access to the stream's music management only: creating playlists, managing the stream schedule and announcements.
How to invite a user
Open the «Account Access» section
Click «Add user» in the top right corner
Pick a role and enter the user's email
In the dialog, choose the role you need and enter the email of the user you want to invite.
Wait for the invited user to confirm
The user has to confirm access by following the link in the email.
