How to add a playlist to the music schedule

Step-by-step guide for adding a playlist to the Tunio broadcast schedule

Below is a step-by-step guide that will help you add an existing playlist to your station’s music schedule.

  1. Open the “Broadcast Schedule” section

Log into the Tunio dashboard. In the left menu select “Broadcast Schedule”.

  2. Go to the “Music” tab and add a schedule

Switch to the “Music” tab to open the music schedule and click the “+ Add schedule” button. A schedule creation form will appear.

  3. Set the time interval

In the “Start time” field select when the playlist should start playing. In the “End time” field specify when the block should finish.

Tip: make sure the selected interval does not overlap with other active schedules.

  4. Choose a playlist

In the “Playlist” field start typing the name of your playlist. Select the desired playlist from the dropdown list.

  5. Set the days of the week

Choose on which days this schedule should run.

  6. Save the schedule

Click “Add” to save the schedule. The new block will appear in the music schedule table.

Done!

The playlist will now play automatically on the specified days and times. If needed, you can modify or delete the created schedule at any time via the schedule list.

This method replaces the entire current broadcast schedule with the selected playlist.
