After registration you automatically enter the initial broadcast setup window. This is an important stage where the main parameters of your future broadcast are set.
Fill in all fields carefully — these settings will affect how your broadcast works. You can always change them later in the dashboard.
Initial broadcast setup
Name of your company or broadcast
Specify how your broadcast will be named. This name will appear in the dashboard.
Time zone
Select the time zone you are in. This is required for correct display of broadcast schedules and other time parameters.
Email
Provide your email address. System notifications related to Tunio service operation will be sent to it.
Categories
Choose the category that matches your business. This helps the service suggest suitable playlists and content recommendations.
Music broadcast setup
After entering the basic data the second stage opens — music broadcast setup. At this step you choose which music will play in your broadcast.
The setup wizard offers two options:
Option 1: Choose a ready‑made template
Dropdown “Select a broadcast template” Here you see ready‑made playlists specially selected for your business type. If you chose the “Cafe” category in the previous step, the list will show cozy background music collections; if you chose “Fitness club” — energetic tracks.
Choose the option that best fits the atmosphere of your venue. Templates are already tuned for perfect sound for your business.
Option 2: Manual genre selection
If you want to assemble your broadcast manually, tick the “Choose genres manually” checkbox. Below you will see a list of available genres — Pop, Jazz, Lounge, House, Synthwave and others.
Mark only those genres that match your brand style. This will influence which music your radio will play.
After selecting a suitable template or genres click the “Create” button.
Congratulations! Your broadcast is ready to go!
