List announcement backgrounds
GET
https://api.tunio.ai/List the music beds an announcement can be mixed over. Pass background_id as background_uuid when creating or updating an announcement. With tts_duration, only backgrounds long enough for speech of that many seconds (plus the announcement padding) are returned.
